Estes termos valem para o uso do app StickerFlow (“o app”), publicado pela Indie Company. Ao usar o app, você concorda com eles e com a Política de Privacidade.

O que o app faz

O StickerFlow ajuda você a encontrar, criar e adicionar pacotes de figurinhas ao WhatsApp. O app é gratuito e exibe anúncios. O StickerFlow é independente e não tem relação com o WhatsApp, o Telegram ou a Meta; WhatsApp é marca registrada da WhatsApp LLC.

Conteúdo de terceiros

Muitos pacotes do catálogo foram criados e compartilhados publicamente por terceiros, por exemplo no Telegram. Os direitos sobre as figurinhas pertencem aos seus autores. Indicamos a origem dos pacotes quando ela é conhecida e removemos conteúdo quando o autor ou titular pede (veja “Direitos autorais e remoção”).

O que você publica

Se você publicar um pacote para a comunidade, declara que tem o direito de usar as imagens e nos concede uma licença gratuita, mundial e não exclusiva para hospedar, converter, exibir e distribuir esse pacote dentro do app e nos nossos serviços. Você continua dono do seu conteúdo e pode pedir a remoção a qualquer momento. Pacotes publicados passam por revisão e podemos recusá-los ou removê-los a nosso critério.

O que não é permitido

Publicar conteúdo que infrinja direitos autorais, marcas ou direitos de imagem de outras pessoas.
Conteúdo de ódio, assédio, violência explícita, sexual envolvendo menores, ou que incentive crimes.
Dados pessoais de terceiros sem autorização.
Tentar burlar limites de uso, automatizar acessos em massa ou atrapalhar o funcionamento do serviço.

Você pode denunciar qualquer pacote pela opção de denúncia na página dele.

Direitos autorais e remoção

Se você é autor ou titular de direitos de um pacote e quer removê-lo, toque em “Denunciar” na página do pacote, escolha “Violação de direitos autorais” e depois “Pedir remoção” ou em “Direitos autorais e remoção” nas configurações do app, ou escreva para hsombini@gmail.com informando o pacote e o seu vínculo com ele. Analisamos os pedidos em até 48 horas e, quando procedentes, removemos o pacote e impedimos que ele volte ao catálogo.

Disponibilidade e responsabilidade

O app é oferecido “no estado em que se encontra”. Fazemos o possível para mantê-lo funcionando, mas não garantimos que estará sempre disponível ou livre de erros, nem que um pacote continuará no catálogo. Na máxima extensão permitida pela lei, não nos responsabilizamos por danos indiretos decorrentes do uso do app. Nada nestes termos limita os seus direitos como consumidor.

Mudanças

Podemos atualizar estes termos. A data no topo indica a versão em vigor; continuar usando o app depois de uma mudança significa aceitar a nova versão.

Lei aplicável

Estes termos são regidos pelas leis do Brasil.

These terms apply to your use of the StickerFlow app (“the app”), published by Indie Company. By using the app you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

What the app does

StickerFlow helps you find, create and add sticker packs to WhatsApp. The app is free and shows ads. StickerFlow is independent and not affiliated with WhatsApp, Telegram or Meta; WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC.

Third-party content

Many packs in the catalog were created and shared publicly by third parties, for example on Telegram. The rights to those stickers belong to their authors. We show where a pack comes from when we know it, and we remove content when its author or rights holder asks (see “Copyright and removal”).

What you publish

If you publish a pack to the community, you confirm you have the right to use its images and grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, convert, display and distribute that pack in the app and our services. You keep ownership of your content and can ask for its removal at any time. Published packs are reviewed, and we may decline or remove them at our discretion.

What is not allowed

Publishing content that infringes other people's copyrights, trademarks or image rights.
Hateful, harassing or graphically violent content, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes crimes.
Other people's personal data without their permission.
Trying to bypass usage limits, automating bulk access or disrupting the service.

You can report any pack with the report option on its page.

Copyright and removal

If you are the author or rights holder of a pack and want it removed, tap “Report” on the pack page, choose “Copyright infringement” and then “Request removal” or “Copyright and removal” in the app settings, or email hsombini@gmail.com naming the pack and your relationship to it. We review requests within 48 hours and, when valid, remove the pack and keep it from coming back to the catalog.

Availability and liability

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that any pack will stay in the catalog. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in effect; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
